Today was vaccination day. Last time, in 2014, we used reisprik.nl and they were good
Like last time, we had a knowledgeable and friendly doctor who came with lots of advices. She was very curious about our trip and we talked a lot while she gave us shots. We are now immune for:
- DTP
- Yellow Fever
- Hepatitis A
- Meningococcal
We both still had a valid certificate for Yellow Fever.
In addition she made a note that we do not have cholera.
Malaria pills will be delivered to us and we need to start taking them.
Rabies is a big issue; we have been warned to call our travel insurance immediately if we are bitten by a mammal.
I will contact my sister in law for a broad spectrum antibiotic. Just in case
